A Safe Place To Talk

We offer compassionate, competent, and confidential coaching, counseling, pastoral counseling,  pastoral psychotherapy, and consultation services to individuals, couples, families, groups and organizations.

We are experienced, licensed and/or certified counselors, psychotherapists, and career coaches who can address life transitions, grief, loss, depression, and trauma. We are also experienced in the areas of premarital, marital, and relationship issues as well as substance abuse and addiction and other emotional and psychological issues that stifle or negatively impact our clients’ abilities to engage life in meaningful and satisfying ways.

We believe in the indomitability and resiliency of the human spirit, yet we join our clients in the life challenges that test their spirits.  We persist with our clients until they once again, or for the first time, secure a healthy place within themselves, their relationships, their families, as well as their social and professional environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  I’ve always been able to work things out on my own, or at least with the help of family and/or friends.  Why should I seek the assistance of a professional counselor?

A:  There are times when family and friends can be extremely helpful assisting us with our issues.  Oftentimes they can encourage us.  There are other times, however, when it may be difficult to find a good, unbiased listener among family and friends.
